SHIPPING/RETURNS

STORE ORDERS:

Shipping: 

Orders made from our online store has a processing time of 3-5 business days (weekends/holidays not included) before they are shipped. Regular shipping days are Mondays and Wednesdays.  International shipping times take longer. 

 
There are no sizing adjustments on items purchase from the store. This is because the measurements have clearly been listed. Therefore please make sure to check the measurements completely before you submit your order. Also please be sure you check your orders and your name and address is correctly listed before you submit your order. This will allow you to validate your order, to be sure that your product selections are accurate. Missing items due to lack of correct information will not be replaced.

 

Returns will be accepted for ONLY damages items due to shipping within in 2 weeks of receiving the item. If an item is received damaged (due to weather conditions) we will gladly replace the item(s). Please note, if the exact fabric is not in stock, we will replace with another fabric of your choice from our store inventory.

Please return any damage item and the return shipping cost will be adjusted to issue a refund equals the amount you paid to ship the item to us.

IMPORTANT -  If damaged items are not returned within 2 weeks of receipt all terms and conditions will be voided.
